All of my work is costed up front based on the requirements I gather. No project ever has the same scope, even if it has the same outcome, each business varies in size, complexity as well as the amount of support they require from me.

Absolutely, I will happily integrate with your existing team and provide advice to the level required.

Any work not detailed in the proposal agreed at project inception, will be deemed out of scope. These can be brought in to the piece of work after their impact on the current scope has been evaluated. In some cases there may be an additional charge.

I don't provide any formal support after the piece of work is complete, I will ensure that a full knowledge transfer is completed throughout the project, and supply all relevant documentation in the end of project handover. I will always respond to emails or calls from previous customers, however I can not provide an SLA on this due to the commitments I may have at the time.
